Relevant Legal Bases

National Data Protection Regulations in Germany
In addition to the GDPR, national data protection provisions apply in Germany, particularly the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). This includes specific provisions on the right to access, erasure, objection, processing of special categories of personal data, data processing for employment purposes (§ 26 BDSG), and transfer of data.
